How do drops work?

Each month will have 2-3 drops. All drops will be filled with different merch than the last drop. Meaning no two drops are the same. New items always get released at 3 PM PST, unless stated other wise via Instagram. New releases will be available for purchase a week from the drop date. Once the drop ends the shop then closes. After the shops closed all items will be removed to make room for the new items within the next drop. Some items might be left available in the next drop but very rarely will that occur. 

What methods of payment is accepted?

All payments are run through PayPal for a secure environment. You can use PayPal credit, or if you don't have a PayPal account PayPal offers the feature to use a credit or debit card for checkout. visa, Mastercard, and American express, and Discover are accepted.

Who do we ship with, where do we ship from and where can we ship to and how do I track my order?

We ship out of the U.S. First class with United Stated Postal Service (USPS). We can ship to P.O. boxes and U.S. military bases. We ship all over the U.S. and internationally as well. International orders will be charged more for shipping. Were located in the U.S. so shipping out of the country will cost us much more than if we were to ship within the U.S.

Once the label has been created and placed on the package, the customer will receive an email notifying them of this as well with the tracking number included. To ensure your package is shipped sufficiently and in a timely manner please make it a habit to review all shipping information as any wrong information can offset the time. 

I entered my address wrong, what do I do?

We cant guarantee that we will get your address changed before shipment. This is why we strongly suggest that before you checkout that you make sure that all shipping information is correct and up to date. What to review? please make sure that your Apt, unit number, and suite is included as well as your P.O. box. However we do accept address changes we just cant guarantee that it will be fixed in time. Give us an email ASAP that way we will have time to get your email under review and hopefully get it changed in time. 

How can I cancel my order?

Order cancelations must but be submitted asap via email. Contact us right away because some items may ship out same day as being placed. If your order was already shipped and is in route, we will reject your cancelation request. In order to cancel an order we need your name and order number so we can have the order canceled right away. Also please keep in mind that their is a Restocking fee applied once the order is canceled. 

I ordered the wrong size/color. Can I change the variant on my order?  

Send us an email with your name and order number attached to the email as this will help us locate your order. However we cant guarantee that we'll get this fixed in time before shipment takes place but we still suggest that you send us an email sooner than later. If the wrong item is shipped out there's nothing we can do on this matter as we were just following what the order has on it. 

Can I use your design?  

I'm very flattered about this but no. These designs are made by me and I would hate to have some confusion being made in the community. We want to keep Otaku Hours as it is and if you were to use our design it would create some confusion on where/who made it.

What is sezzle? And how do I use it? 

We want to make shopping at Otaku hours qucik and easy. So we set up an easy method to copping big items without breaking the bank. Sezzle is a very easy to use and widely trusted monthly payment service. Oders $60 and up qualify for this feature. How do you checkout with sezzle? You can either tap the sezzle option on the products main page. Or at the very end at checkout. Just tap the sezzle feature.  

Do you take commission work?

We do not accept commissions. With constantly packing orders and always making new content there's just no time in my schedule to do commission work. 

What's your shipping period/ turn around time?

Each drop will remain open for a week of the drop date. Some orders will be on hand and will ship within 2-3 buisness days. If the items description has it labeled as a pre-order item then this will have a 1-2 week process and delivery time as well as our 2-4 day shipping period. Delay's are always a factor to look out for. There unexpected and are uncontrolled by us. We don't work for USPS so once its in their hands its out of our control. Once the package is all packed up and ready for shipment the customer will be emailed letting them know its been dropped off. tracking will also be included in this email. Domestic orders have a shipping period of 2-4 business days after shipment has been confirmed. However take into consideration Sundays, Federal Holidays as post offices do not operate on those days. contact us via email with any further questions.
