Shipping policy

Each drop will have a certain amount available for purchase. The site will remain open for about a week or less, no longer. Once the shop is closed and all orders are reviewed, we then begin to pack and ship everything out within that drop. However, if the products description states other wise or informs of some delay then shipping will more than likely be a bit longer than our regular shipping time. Once the package is all packed up and ready for shipment the customer will be emailed with tracking information attached. Domestic orders have a shipping period of 2-5 business days after shipment has been confirmed. However take into consideration Sundays, Federal Holidays as post offices do not operate on those days. Delays are a very rare chance but can happen at any time we would like to remind you that once your package is dropped off it is out of our hands, we are not affiliated with the post office so we cant control the shipping time.

 

If your tracking number says delivered but you have yet to receive it. Keep in mind usps may just have marked the package delivered early even thought it hasn't been dropped off yet. So we highly suggest giving it to the end of the day. If still nothing then our second recommendation would be to ask near by neighbors or family members if they've received any of mail. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged mail. Once the item is shipped and dropped off to usps its completely out of our hands. 

Please make it a habit to check over your address prior and after payment. if the address is wrong and you notice it, send us an email and we'll get the new address updated right away. However if you fail to catch this and its sent out then there's nothing we can do. If the item happens to get sent back to us due to insufficient address, we'll contact you right away to get the correct address. However if the package doesn't come back to us and is sent to the wrong address then its out of our hands. This is why we encourage that after every time of purchase you review your shipping information.
