Refund policy

Otaku Hours is a strict no refund policy, ALL SALES FINAL. However, we will issue a refund, if an item has some form of damage or defect. When placing an email about a refund please submit within 1 full business day after receiving the item. Once this time has exceeded there is nothing we can do. If a refund is processed and has already been shipped out unfortunately the shipping fee won’t be refunded as the shipping process had already taken place.
